Made with a chuck roast this BBQ taste exactly like Texas BBQ Brisket but it's actually much more tender and a whole lot cheaper. I smoked this for two hours on my Brickmann Smokin/Grill then finished cooking it in the crock pot for about four more hours on high. I just love Texas especially West Texas around Fort Davis. I love the climate, the semi-desert, all the wild animals and the cactus. It would be difficult to have a garden there because just under the top soil is solid rock. I've seen raised garden beds there so somehow they manage.
