So here, I'm showing you how to make Smothered Chuck Tender Steak. It's very easy to make and the flavor will knock your socks off! This type of meat is a little tough, but trust me, let it simmer in the gravy for a couple of hours. I went almost three hours with this dish. It comes out fork tender, and so good! P.S.
